If you’re stressed about your to-do list, it might just be because you have too many old, lingering tasks sitting around. To fix this, productivity blog Day-Timer suggests you simply park those tasks elsewhere and get them off your list altogether.

The basic idea here is to make your to-do list doable by getting rid of anything clogging up the process. We know that deleting items you’re not going to do is good, and parking certain tasks on a “Someday-Maybe” list gets them out of your way so you can get things done without a feeling of dissatisfaction. Each morning, move those things around and work on what you can do today.
