Generally speaking we like the big stuff because it seems to make an impact. Huge tasks should equal huge rewards, theoretically. If you do a lot of little things really well, however, it reflects positively on your character. You seem like a person who gets a lot done and does a great job. The little tasks may not always seem exciting, but you have a lot to gain by completing them with the same passion as a larger project.
