Shortcat Gives You Control Over Keyboard Shortcuts On Mac

Mac: Keyboard shortcuts are extremely useful for navigating your computer quickly, but many shortcuts only work in individual apps. Shortcat is a Mac utility that lets you use your keyboard more effectively as a mouse substitute.

Shortcat allows you to select any button with a quick keystroke instead of having to move your mouse. For instance, if you’re in System Preferences and you want to select your network connection, you would usually have to grab the mouse and click it. With Shortcat, you simply hit Cmd+Shift+Space to activate Shortcat, then type the first couple letters of the button you want to click (in this case, “NET”). Essentially, Shortcat allows you to navigate through almost any screen element without ever touching your mouse.
