Rdio Update Brings New Design, Unified Player

Music streaming service Rdio updated its Android and iOS apps today, bringing a much-needed redesign and a few new features.

The new look includes a new sliding navigation bar and a crisp white interface, and it’s a big improvement on its old mobile app (which was the subject of much criticism). The fresh coat of paint also comes with some new features: Remote Control allows you to control Rdio apps on other devices from your iPhone, and a unified player has been added that lets users sync their music queues across multiple devices.
