Azure For Windows Server Beta Released

Fancy running Azure services in conjunction with a newly-installed Windows Server 2012 system? Microsoft has officially released the beta of Windows Azure Services, which lets hosting providers deploy Azure Web sites and virtual machines as part of their Windows Server 2012 infrastructure-as-a-service offerings.

This isn’t a release you would casually deploy; it requires System Center 2012 SP1 and at least four virtual machines running either Windows Server 2012 or Windows Server 2008 R2. The final version of the platform is due for release in early 2013, along with the final version of System Center Service Pack 1, which debuted in beta last month.
