Boost Your Google Searching Skills With Google’s Free Power Searching Course

Brushing up your search skills can save a lot of time and frustration. Perhaps there’s no better source for increasing your Google-fu than Google itself. This free online course on power searching is available now, and you can take the classes whenever you like.

We mentioned the power searching course when it opened up in July, but if you missed the signup period or didn’t get a chance to take the classes when they rolled out in the two-week window, no worries. All of the six classes are available now for viewing at your leisure.

The free classes include advanced techniques (using operators), finding facts faster (search shortcuts), and more. They include activities and challenges for you to try as well. Lessons within each (approximately 50-minute) class are only a few minutes long, so you can boost your Google-fu in bite-sized segments.
