Whether you’re watching your own diet or want to make sure your kids don’t overfill their breakfast bowls, this simple trick puts portion control right on the side of your cereal or snack container so that you don’t inadvertently serve yourself too much. A couple of removable adhesive hooks and a few measuring cups, and every bowl of cereal or handful of snacks is perfectly portioned.
