Improve Your Driving Posture By Adjusting Your Rearview Mirror

A long road trip can destroy your back and neck if you’re not careful. As the drive goes on, it’s easy to start slouching in your seat, and that just makes things worse. Reddit user ImOnProbation suggests adjusting your mirror when you’re sitting up straight to keep you from slumping over.

It might seem overly simple, but it works. Before you take off on a long trip, sit up straight with good posture and adjust the mirrors. Now, don’t touch the rearview mirror again. Provided you want to see what’s going on behind the car you’ll always sit up straight. How do you combat road fatigue and retain good posture?
