Google Working On A Dropbox-Like Cloud Service


Google Docs has always doubled as adequate online file storage, but it looks like Google might be creating a full-featured cloud storage service, with a Dropbox-like desktop client to match. A reader over at GeekWire discovered that the service, called Google Drive, had been enabled for his account, providing a Docs-like view of all your cloud files and a link to “Install Google Drive”.

That’s all we know right now, other than a mess of rumours on the subject, but as always, we’ll keep you updated as we learn more.
