Dropbox For Android Adds Automatic Uploads Of Pictures And Videos

The Dropbox app for Android received an update today that brings automatic uploads of your videos and photos to your Dropbox account.

The update allows you to choose between whether or not the photos are uploaded over your data plan or Wi-Fi. The photos upload at their maximum resolution, so this is handy if you’re on a small data plan. The feature is on its way to iOS soon, and is currently being beta tested for Mac and Windows. You can grab the desktop betas right now and receive a free upgrade of up to 5GB of storage.
