One way to really impress people with your Christmas gifts is to wrap them in something special. This gorgeous typographic wrapping paper, made from secondhand books and plain brown craft paper, is a personalised step up from plain red paper with candy canes on it.
The folks at Man Made DIY put this special wrapping paper together to make it easy to see which gift belongs to which person. You’ll need their alphabet typefaces (available at the link below) to match the style, or you can use your own. All you have to do is print out the letters on normal paper, and then use a utility knife to cut the letters out of a secondhand book or newspaper to spell the name of the person getting the gift. Wrap the present in plain brown craft paper, and then glue on the letters and spell out their name.
It’s a simple, easy, and fun way to wrap a present for Christmas (or any other time of year), and shows you put a little care and attention into not just what’s in the package, but the way it was presented. Would you give this a shot, or are you sticking with discount store wrapping paper this year? Whatever you prefer, let’s hear it in the comments below.
