Google+ Can Now Tag You In Photos Automatically

Google is rolling out a facial recognition feature for Google+ called “Find My Face”. If you turn on this feature in your account (it’s completely opt-in), when friends upload photos you’re in, your name will be suggested for the tag.

Although it’s not completely automatic tagging, this option will make it much easier for friends to tag you. So if you like your name being associated with your mug everywhere on Google+, turn on Find My Face in your Google+ settings page. You might not see it there yet, but Matt Steiner from the Google+ Photos team says it’ll be there sometime in the next few days. You’ll still have control over which tags you accept and reject, by the way.
