Tasker. One app to rule them all.

Show me an app that can manipulate a function of your phone, and I’ll show you how it’s already been done in Tasker.

As much as I loved tasker and paid for it I found it was harder to use tasker by programming it that it was to download, say, Llama.
The ease of use on Tasker is really limiting.

Having said that if tasker wins this I still won’t be surprised.

Yeah, I will freely admit that tasker is not in the slightest bit user friendly. I had it installed for almost a year before I actually started writing any complex profiles, and wrapped my head around using/setting variables.

Having said that though, if you do have any experience with data management (programming, database management, or even advanced Excel use) – it does translate quite well across to Tasker.

I don’t think it’s really easy to vote between apps that do completely different things (which they do.) I can imagine voting between apps that have the same, or similar functionality (maybe SoundHound and Shazam,) but when it comes down to completely different functions, it’s like comparing apples to oranges.
