Getting stuff home from IKEA is often a major hassle, so if you’ve been eyeing off a large item for a while, this could be the trigger: IKEA is offering free delivery if you spend more than $250 between now and Friday.
Like many IKEA specials, this does seem to be an east coast-only deal, as I couldn’t spot it in the SA or WA catalogues. It’s also clearly designed to encourage evening trade, as you have to shop between 5pm and 9pm to get the deal. One final (but not surprising) condition: it doesn’t apply to stuff from the As-Is seconds area.
