XWidget Is A Mac-Like Dashboard For Windows

Windows: If you’re a Windows user and you always wished you had OS X’s widget based Dashboard, XWidget adds those features without hogging resources.

Similar to Rainmeter, XWidget pulls widgets from around the web and allows you to install them quickly and easily. Just like the Mac OS X version of Dashboard, you can move them around and create new new ones. You also get a robust editing platform to tweak them any way you see fit. It’s a bit more simplified than Rainmeter, but it doesn’t take up much in the way of system resources, which is handy if you’re looking for something simple to display a few widgets at once.
