Real Simple magazine found that a standard paper clip holder works well to hold bobby pins. You could also hold any type of light metal item such as straight pins, safety pins, screws, penny nails, etc.
Since paper clip holders are available for less than a dollar this is a great way to economically organise all the loose pins, screws and nails in your junk drawer.
