Intersquares Shows You When You’ve Been At The Same Place With A Friend

Based on the premise of the TV show How I Met Your Mother, developer Mihai Parparita (he of Google Reader and Gmail user script fame) created Intersquares, a service that compares your Foursquare check-ins with any other Foursquare user to determine all the times you’ve been at the same place at the same time, whether you knew it or not.

To use the service, visit the home page and authorise it to access your Foursquare account. Then share your unique Intersquares link with your Foursquare friends and you can both see all of your intersections. Who knows, maybe you’ll learn you’ve been dining alone at the same place — or that you and the person you’ve been dating have been just missing each other for months.
