Hot on the heels of adding carbon impact calculations, our favourite multi-modal transport search site rome2rio has added a bunch of extra train and ferry data.
Australians will be particularly interested in the addition of Victorian train and tram routes (covering Melbourne and V/Line services), but there’s also new options for trains in Ireland, Greece, Morocco, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, and ferries in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. That means, amongst other things, you can travel from Dublin to Singapore without flying, though the trip will take you 11 days.
