Throughout August, online freelancing exchange Freelancer.com is waiving its usual $US5 fee to list projects on the site. You’ll still have to pay a 3% commission on the final agreed fee if you find someone to do your design/coding/writing/whatever project, but it cuts down the initial cost of trying to hunt down that person.
