Mac/Windows: MyCube Vault is a free utility that will back up your Facebook data, your Google Contacts, and your Picasa photos and albums at regular intervals that you select. Once signed in and authorised, the app makes the process painless and automatic.
Once installed, the app requires you to authorise it to each of the services you want to back up. From there you can tell the service where to store your backups and how often to save your data. If you’re concerned about downtime or just wary of keeping your data in the cloud, it’s worth a look.
