Minutes.io Is A Web App For Creating And Sharing Meeting Minutes

Creating well-organised meeting minutes can be time-consuming, yet the best time to send those minutes is ASAP after the meeting has ended. Minutes.io simplifies this task very nicely. Pop open the web page when the meeting begins and add clearly defined minutes as you go along.

The template provided lets you track attendees and add agenda items (to-dos, questions for follow up, etc.) with due dates and owners. After the meeting is over, you can quickly email the minutes to all the attendees.

The free service doesn’t require you to register or log in, but it does save your minutes locally in your browser and can publish your minutes to secret URLs for another sharing option.

Minutes.io is adding additional features soon, like sending personalised emails to attendees with their to-dos highlighted and grouped at the top and syncing with other apps. As it stands, it’s a wonderfully simple way to perform a task that’s usually very boring and painstaking.
