Google’s New "My Places" Feature Makes Starring And Reviewing Places Useful

A new feature called My Places began showing up in Google Maps today, and it acts as a collection hub for all the locations a user has starred, rated or reviewed. It also lists all saved maps, which used to fall under the My Maps section. In case you’re wondering, My Maps has been lumped under My Places.

The addition of a more centralised hub for noted locations definitely makes it easier to keep track of all the places that actually matter, but an added bonus is that it also makes policing the reviews you’ve done in the past easier—by making them all more accessible.
