Ring Of Time Desktop

Today’s featured desktop belongs to reader Epicfail1215, who put together a simple desktop with just black, white and a circle.

We tried getting in touch with Epicfail1215 to find out how this desktop came to be but had no such luck. As a consolation prize I’ve recreated the wallpapers used in the desktop, at a resolution of 2560×1600. While I don’t know the exact details of how the time and weather were added to this desktop, I do know these are very simple things to accomplish with Rainmeter (Windows) and GeekTool (Mac). Based on WhatTheFont‘s results, it looks like the font in use could be Leitura Sans (though my guess is that Leitura Sans is just very similar to whatever it is).
