Flow Brings All Of Facebook’s Missing Features To Android

Android: Facebook’s official app isn’t a total suckfest anymore, but it’s still far from perfect. If you’re still waiting for push notifications, comment liking and friend tagging in statuses, Flow adds these features and more for a great Facebook experience on Android.

Facebook actually included push notifications in its last update, but apparently pulled them after about two days, because they stopped working completely. Flow is the app to get if you want notifications for wall posts, follow-up comments, and other interactions the official app doesn’t provide. You can either push them to your phone or poll the server every once in a while, if you’d prefer not to have Facebook nagging at you every few minutes.

It also has a ton of features we’re still waiting for in Facebook’s official app, like the ability to like your friends’ comments, tag people in posts and pictures, and more. You can even add certain pages as favourites for quick access. Check out the app’s home page to see a direct comparison between it and the official app, and hit the link below to check it out on the Market.

Flow is a free download for all Android devices. It’s ad-supported, but you can also grab the ad-free version for a little over $1.59 if you prefer.
