Quicky! is a very simple iPhone app that lets you program in preset messages (and comes with a few of its own) so you don’t have to constantly type the same thing again and again. For example, if you’re running late, you can have a preset message of “I’m running late, be there ASAP” and send it through Quicky! quickly rather than taking the time to type it out. You can have as many preset messages as you want and Quicky! will keep track of how often they’re used. What would be really neat is if you could send the same message to a group and Quicky! could use a variable to address that message personally to them. For example, “%name, let me know if you need directions tonight.” Maybe that’s something we’ll see in a future version.
Right now, Quicky! is available for download in the iTunes App Store for $1.19.
