Popular Start Page Myfav.es Updates With More Sites, User Accounts

Previously mentioned start page Myfave.es (formerly fav4.org) went through a major upgrade this week, bringing many different customisations, new built-in sites and optional user accounts to keep your start page the same across computers.

Myfav.es was originally a simple, but very attractive start page consisting of a few buttons leading to your favourite sites. Myfav.es had quite a few sites in its database, but it has upgraded to include many more, including our favourite life organiser Springpad, our friends at Gawker and others. Of course, if you want to add a site they don’t have, you can always create a custom button too.

The update also includes more visual customisations, keyboard shortcuts, and the incredibly handy user account option, which makes it easier to keep the same Myfav.es start page across multiple computers (and keeps certain browsers [Chrome]from deleting the Myfav.es cookies too often).
