iiNet is offering free calls to a bunch of mental health and crisis support services — including Beyond Blue, Crisis Care, Kids Helpline, Lifeline, Mensline Australia, the Samaritans, SANE Helpline and Suicide Callback Service — for customers using its telephone products. That’s a simple but great idea we’d like to see other VOIP providers and telcos emulate.
