$119 is a lot to shell out for Apple’s MobileMe service, especially given its not-always-stellar performance. If you do fancy its email integration and phone location features, then OzBargain points out that David Jones appears to be selling off MobileMe licence packs for $66.
OzBargain poster ccrap also highlights a strategy that’s perhaps obvious to Apple veterans but worth noting for new buyers: if you’re signing up for the service, take advantage of Apple’s 60-day trial first before using your licence key, which will effectively get you 14 months for the price of 12.
