Make Jewellery Holders From IKEA Ice Cube Trays

Some of the best IKEA hacks come from simply reusing an existing item, no drilling required. That’s certainly the case with this simple idea: using the iconic Plastis ice cube trays, plus the $9.99 Inreda DVD rack, as a jewellery holder.

We featured a similar idea recently using a candlestick holder and plate combination, but this approach (outlined, unsurprisingly, by our frequently-referred-to friends at IKEA Hacker) has the advantage of letting you sort individual items easily. While that would work equally well with any ice-cube tray, the $0.99 price tag might be hard to beat.
