The Rainmeter group and posting page isn’t brand-spanking new, but has recently seen a lot more attention paid to it, and it makes a nice organising spot for those looking to try out new Rainmeter setups, normally spread out across deviantArt’s vast search results pages. As alluded to in the Windows 7 Phone HUD how-to, there’s a new deviantArt-hosted tool, Rainstaller, that makes trying out other user’s Rainmeter ideas a mostly click-click-done matter.
Rainmeter’s deviantArt page also provides a bevy of feeds, ranging from the firehose of a full deviations list to more refined fare like the Skins of the Month and selected screenshots galleries. If you’re a Rainmeter fan, or a newcomer looking for some guidance, it’s definitely worth bookmarking or feed-watching.
