Create Polished Mind Maps At Bubbl.us

Mind mapping is a fantastic way to sketch out ideas and do some really productive brainstorming. Don’t let resistance to learning new software stop you from doing it, Bubbl.us is free, web-based and simple to learn.

Click on the image above for a closer look.

Bubbl.us has undergone several minor revisions, and now a whole new beta version is available with even more great features and mind-mapping goodness.

You can visit Bubbl.us and without even signing up start cranking out awesome and polished mind maps — sign up when you want to enable saving, sharing and other cross-session features. Click the start node they provide, enter your topic, and start adding nodes with the CTRL+ENTER and TAB for children and sibling nodes respectively.

You can move nodes, change their colours and font size, and easily interconnect them to other nodes — both parents and children — with an easy drag-to-connect mapping feature. You can export your mind map as a JPG or PNG file, save it for later editing, and share it so that others can edit it or view it. Bubbl.us is speedy, free and requires less than a minute to learn. Check out the link below to try it out. Have a favourite brainstorming tool? Let’s hear about it in the comments. Thanks doublsh0t!
