Brush Your iPhone’s Bezel To Hide Scuffs And Scratches

If the shiny metal bezel around your iPhone has seen better days, and that nags at your perfectionist instincts, a quick protective taping and smooth back-and-forth with a rough-sided sponge can give it a more consistent, brushed look.

As detailed by a YouTube user and tested by the Just Another iPhone blog, brushing your iPhone’s shiny bezel gives the phone a different look, along with helping to hide fingerprints, scratches, and chips acquired during rough travel. The key is taking long, smooth strokes with the coarse side of a sponge (they’re usually yellow with green scrubbing surfaces), and being sure to protectively tape the edges of the bezel, and especially the screen, from your handiwork.
