Windows Access Panel Adds Quick Access To System Utilities

Windows only: Portable system utility launcher Windows Access Panel adds shortcuts for 48 built-in Windows utilities right into a single dialog window, so you don’t have to remember how to type netplwiz into the start menu anymore.

Windows Access Panel is essentially a launcher panel replacement for Control Panel, with some additional utilities included that you can’t find normally—like the Registry Editor or DirectX diagnostics. It’s a simple little utility that can be dropped onto a flash drive along with the excellent Ultimate Windows Tweaker application created by the same guys at the Windows Club. If you don’t want to use an additional piece of software, you can always just create your own custom control panel for quick access to frequently used settings.

Windows Access Panel is a free download for Windows 7 or Vista, only works for 32-bit systems at the moment, though the download page notes that a 64-bit version will be released soon.
