MSNBC has rounded up nine ways they say will help boost your travel efficiency. Among their pre-trip tips is to create a single packing list to be stored on your computer, tweaking items only as needed. Odds are that many of your packing must-haves will be staples you’ll want to bring along irrespective of the destination, which makes jotting down a new list each time a vacation comes around less than efficient.
With one central list, you’ll only need to edit situation specific gear such as, say, gloves if you’re going on a winter trip; for the most part, your day-to-day items should remain the same.
