Brush Up On Getting Things Done With An Updated Flow Chart

Since the release of his new book Making It All Work, David Allen has updated the original GTD workflow chart to include the new elements from the book.

Peter Mara, an attendee at this year’s GTD Summit, snapped a great picture of an updated GTD flowchart. The new chart includes an updated layout and elements from Making It All Work, like the 3-fold nature of work.

Check out the link to Peter’s Flickr account below to get a closer look at the chart. If you happen to know where a PDF file of the chart resides for download or purchase, share the link in the comments—we’ve searched high and low to no avail.

    I have already printed this one out on a Kodak Matchprint Inkjet and posted it on the wall behind my desk...

    Is this actionable = YES
    Less than 2 minutes = YES
    DO IT!
    DONE!

    I made a PDF from the largest available image there. Not sure if that's what you meant, though. http://rapidshare.com/files/260719813/3411358390_9e7d645a33_o.pdf

    I saw that the map was designed by XPlane - which stunned me. I had immediately thought of X-Plane instead of XPlane. Amazing what a hyphen will do...

    @Yansky: LOL, yes! I am MUCH more productive with this modell.

    @Yansky: Reminds me of this.

    Very cool. Rather busy. Could someone remake this into something printable on 8.5*11 or 11*17?

    After a number of years of using GTD and always feeling like I'm not on top of all my lists and feeling like a failure at weekly reviews, I've completely switched to Autofocus and it's really working much better for me: http://www.markforster.net/blog/2009/6/27/autofocus-2-time-management-system-af2.html

    Reminds me of the flow chart the Republicans created to attack health care reform. I think I'll stick with the simpler version. Sometimes a lot of graphics just confuses the issue.

    The largest available original size (1051x1630) is available right on Flickr at http://www.flickr.com/photos/petrmara/3411358390/sizes/o/

    "This Workflow Map has been designed by the guys from XPLANE (http://xplane.com), maybe one of the best information design companies worldwide. DavidCo asked them to create a workflow map to display the GTD workflow. According to DavidCo Coach Kelly Forrister the Map will be sold by DavidCo accompanied by an explaining audio from David Allen. Initially the map should have been released for sale in mid-may. By now the whole product is said to be still in production mode."

    At the bottom of the original image it says copyright www.xplane.com (xplanations) and david allen and co. I can't see it on the xplane site though.
