airtrainBrisbane’s plans for free Wi-Fi on trains might not have eventuated yet, but it turns out you can get free Wi-Fi on the AirTrain international and domestic platforms at Brisbane Airport.

The service promises up to 30 minutes of connectivity, which is one way of making use of the sometimes ridiculously long gaps between services on the line. (Don’t even get me started on the ridiculous “last train at 8pm” policy.) It’s not quite as good as Internode’s free Wi-Fi anywhere in Adelaide Airport option, admittedly, but we’re always happy to see extra connectivity options for Aussie travellers.
