The Starlight Desktop

Reader rykennedyan’s desktop combines a beautiful wallpaper with a full set of launchers and tools integrated into a taskbar at the bottom of the screen.

The customisation comes in two flavors—one is the clean desktop you see here, and the other adds “stars” to the background wallpaper that can pull a number of different Twitter feeds and display them on the desktop. The desktop itself is documented well, and is a combination of:
