Seven Seeks Beauty And The Geek Contestants

If you’re an IT nerd who doesn’t mind being stereotyped on a reality television show, then Seven has an offer for you: it’s looking for contestants for a local version of Beauty And The Geek.

As you can probably guess from the name, the show forces attractive women and geeky guys to co-habit and transform their opposite numbers, giving the geeks apparent savoir-faire and the beauties a sheen of academic knowledge. Seven has thrown open a casting call with those by-the-stereotypes requirements:

Intellectual “Geeks” who are socially challenged when it comes to women but think they could have a go at turning a beauty into a scholar. If you’re a shy geek into comic books, star wars, RPGs, D&D, computers, on-line gaming, chess, or physics, etc, etc., we want you!

Doubtless there’s also plenty of beauties amongst the Lifehacker readership who could apply, though we fear that in this show, brains might be a disadvantage for that category. There’s an application form already available for download and audition locations to be announced on July 10. If the thought of filling out a form by hand and including your passport details and a body piercing count doesn’t throw you off, then have a crack at it by all means.
