New Mac Users Will Pay $14.95 For Snow Leopard
Unlike the US, Apple has not yet announced an Australian price for its forthcoming Snow Leopard upgrade — unless you happen to purchase a new Mac between now and the end of the year.
In that case, Apple will offer an upgrade for $14.95. The scheme ends on December 26, which means no giving a bargain older Mac for Christmas, I guess. Apple is also promising “additional information” on June 16, which might well be when full retail pricing for the upgrade gets announced.
