Actually would love to try it - always nice to have choice.

Probably will get me to try it at least once - the same thing happened to me in NZ - small country town nearby only had KFC as the 'big name' fast food place. We used to get it a couple of times a year as a treat, so the nostalgia alone works for me too!

No, it didn't - ads on here are always clearly marked as such. Fast food does come up as a topic here now and again (and even more frequently on Lifehacker US, though those posts generally don't make it across the water).

Scenario one.
It is what Maccas does, get you to come in and try the new salads, or in this case 'healthier' chicken. But when you actually come in and order, you get your usual deep fried crap.
Scenario two.
Again what maccas does, mum or dad now have a healthier option to buy and will go there with the kids again and kids get normal crap food and parents might get healthier option.
Works for maccas, might work for kfc too...

I also loved the roast chicken. I presume if this is to be truely healthy all meals will contibute to the 5 servings of veges we should all have.

I suspect though in reality its the case that it's probaly not that healthy, it probaly just won't kill you as quickly as regular kfc and require you to take cholestrol lowering drugs

I used to love their Roast chicken.
But they got rid of that to focus on the deep fried stuff
