Gmail Improves Importing, Syncing Options

It already made its way into Google’s stand-alone Contacts tool, but now Gmail supports a few extra fields that apps like Outlook and Apple Mail try to bring over (like birthdays and web sites), and improved importing from many sites and apps. If nothing else, that leaves the “Notes” field free for actual, you know, notes.
