Whenever I need to pump up with a quick productivity boost of nervous energy, or heightened reflex responses, I head on down to http://www.quakelive.com/ for a very fast (usually manic) game, or two of online Quake.
Never fails. But you do need a good broadband connection, a sound-card (and headphones?) and maybe a little bit of privacy, of course, if you’re in a strict workplace environment.
