As you’ll doubtless have noticed by now, Lifehacker Australia has a shiny new look (and a shiny new CMS in the back to match). This kind of migration is rarely trouble-free, so if you run into a bug, or just want to tell us what you think of the new style, hit up the ‘Tip Your Editors’ link or offer your comments here.

Hmmm, now articles say that there are x number of (US) comments, but when you try to expand them it won’t show them at all.

I like it, much easier to skim articles, but if it does indeed still have that stupid JavaScript refresh, please please PLEASE get rid of it (it’s more of a problem on Giz, where browsing through the articles and then loading & playing a movie on the same page might get you a little bit of viewing time before it reloads and you have to re-stream the movie from the beginning ARGH)

I can’t stand it. It has the cluttered feel of the US Lifehacker site. I was so hoping you wouldn’t bring that variation to the previous nice and clean AU site.

Hmmm. Not really excited about it. It is the same style as gawker, jalopnik and some others I cannot remember, none of which are all that appealing. Too much clutter on the screen at once, and the “tags” top-left of the articles are both intrusive and about as exciting as minced-meat.
