Two interesting developments over the last week for our airline-addicted readers: from June next year, Jetstar will fly from Brisbane to Melbourne Tullamarine, as well as Avalon (a strategy it’s already applying to Sydney flights). Meanwhile, the ACCC has given final approval to the proposed joint venture between Delta and V Australia. Cheap Stateside fares ahoy!
