You’ve already seen how to make a giant wall calendar using two shades of chalkboard paint; now Real Simple magazine suggests making a wall mural for the kids’ room with chalkboard paint. Make huge (easy to paint) shapes so the kids can chalk in details on their own.

I have used blackboard paint on many different things, including murals… now I think I would like to add some colour. I wonder if anyone has tried tinting it or knows where to buy such a thing.

Porters Paints do chalkboard paints in a dozen different colours. I’m going to give them a go!
